Slifer 2nd homework

I figured it was members of the Slifer dorm and those still new to the game who could use some help the most. This is a one try HW. If you give me the wrong answer, I will explain how you were wrong and what it is supposed to be, if that makes sense xD So yeah you cannot re-try this HW if you give me the wrong answer. Since this is for peeps newer to the game, I figured I would ask for a very common and important ruling; spell speed.

For this question, I want you to PM(private message) me the answer as to not spoil it for other people who desire to take on this HW.  You will PM me on what category of spell speed every card belongs to(EX: Counter traps = speed ?) Then after telling me the speed of every type of card, I want you to answer these 3 questions so I'm sure you really know it. Just answer yes/no for the first 2.

1)  Player A activates a normal spell card, player B chains a counter trap, and then player A chains quick-play spell card. Is this legal?

2) Player A activates a normal trap card, player B chains a quick-play spell card, player A chains a normal trap card, and then player B activates a counter trap card. Is this legal?

3) Player A summons a monster, player B chains Solemn Warning, player A then chains a quick-play spell card from the hand. Can he do this? If not, explain why he can't.

You will be awarded 100 DP for completion of this.
