The deck didn't quite come together, he was playing a good steady (40) main deck.
But had some unusual cards.
Example: Had 4 different Synchros in Extra deck, but not one tuner in the main deck.
Not very competitive, and couldn't handle the current tiers, not consistent at all.
Giving him 5 here for keeping a 40 card deck, and atleast had plays.

Skill: 0/25
He didn't get to show me a whole lot sadly. His deck looked somewhat good, but he had some bad hands. Had no side deck, and didn't get any monsters on the field. I sadly have to judge a 0 here, because no combos, skill, or siding from what I got to see.
